Ground + Green Pt.1
In this exciting collaboration, I partnered with my friends at Field Scout, Joshua McFadden and Andrea Bemis to create content and produce an event for Subaru’s Impreza.
The concept was to highlight the Impreza from farm to city in Portland, Oregon.
In preparation for our dinner to be held at The Croft Farm, Joshua, Andrea and myself (along with the Field Scout team) traveled around Portland to gather the goods for the event. Starting at Andrea’s property, Tumbleweed Farm. From there we drove our Subaru Impreza’s into the city to make a quick coffee stop at Stumptown Coffee on Division.
Then lunch at Providore Fine Foods, picked up the bread from Ken’s Artisan Bakery, with our last stop being at the lovely Portland florist shop Fieldwork Flowers.
During this project I had the privilege of Creative Directing photographer Jules Davies who is insanely talented and just a great human being. In anticipation for this project, we took the Subaru Impreza for a few other road trips, including one to the Oregon Coast. Nothing quite like driving a car right onto the beach for a sunset cookout.
Later this week I will be sharing photos from the #groundtogreen dinner that the Local Haven team created and produced highlighting a few of my favorite local makers.
