From earlier this weeks Ground + Green Pt. 1 blog post, I’m excited to share with you the photos from our dinner!
Local Haven team partnered with our friends at Field Scout to create and produce this event held at the beautiful Croft Farm for Subaru Impreza.
For this dinner I collaborated with some of my favorite Portland makers to create this unique experience:

Rejuvenation for the cool string lights + colorful chairs
Ashley Hardy for making the coolest ceramics that we used for dinner

Camille Shu for being a true artist and making our beautiful banners

The menu was written by Chef Joshua McFadden of Ava Gene’s and the author of Six Seasons: A New Way With Vegetables in collaboration with Andrea Bemis, Farmer and author of Dishing Up the Dirt: Simple Recipes for Cooking Through the Seasons. Both books in which I had the privilege of food and prop styling. Love these two!
