friday favorites

Rumor has it the sun will be out today. That would be great. In honor of spring I am bringing out my favorite yellow handbag for the weekend. Yellow makes me happy.

We are heading to Portland for the weekend. I cannot wait to meet up with my brother for brunch and go to Barre3 as many times as I can!

I have seen so many recipes for baked donuts lately, this pumpkin spice one looks fantastic. Possibly I will have to pick up a donut tin this weekend.

Heidi Swanson at 101 cookbooks is a genius. Her baked oatmeal is something in my house that we make almost weekly. I plan on serving it for breakfast on Sunday with peaches and blueberries.
