Jalapeno-Cilantro Yogurt Dip with Crudite
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt
⅔ cup cilantro leaves
¼ cup mint leaves
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
Kosher salt
Add jalapenos, yogurt, cilantro, mint, lime juice, cumin and a pinch of salt into a food processor. Puree until smooth, scraping the sides as needed. Add more citrus and salt if needed. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Option as a dressing, simply thin out with white wine vinegar
