Cherry Pudding Cups
Here in the Pacific Northwest cherry season is upon us. Which basically means that I will eat nothing but for the next few months. And while I could eat them plain on their own, by the bowl full, they are great to use in your everyday cooking. Think, arugula salad with feta cheese and pecans. Tossed in a smoothie with strawberries and vanilla. Added to your granola and yogurt. Or, make them into a dessert. Either way, cherries are one of my favorite summer foods, to pick and to eat!

I recently made this for The Fruit Company. Follow here for the full recipe.
