Family Day with Bogs Footwear

After having a pretty busy weekend, we took advantage of Jake having Monday off and went for a long walk before dinner time. Sadly, because Hudson had a never-ending cold the past few weeks, he didn't get much snow time. So yesterday we put on our new Bogs boots and headed outside where the kids could run and jump in the snow. As much as the snow has caused us problems over the past few weeks, it was nice to take a step back, and take it all in. Here's to many more days of not rushing my kids, letting them get dirty and wet, holding little hands and cold nose kisses.

Bogs Footwear is a Pacific Northwest company that creates high-performance footwear for men, women and children. I love that I can go to one place and by shoes for the whole family. And for the last few years, Bogs have been my go to boots for the kids, knowing that their feet would stay dry and warm during our cold and wet seasons. Which turns out to be almost every season here.

The best part is, they are extremely comfortable. Hudson's little boots are easy to put on, stay on securely and keep his little toes warm. Lola, who can be slightly picky when it comes to shoes she wears to school, loves them. She can still run and play with her friends on the playground without feeling like they are too heavy. I totally agree, because sometimes with certain winter boots they can be hard to drive in, but these work just great!
