Pacific Pie Co. // NW Portland

I have been to Pacific Pie Co. in SE Portland numerous times. They are known for the best pie in Portland. And now, they have opened a new, fabulous, location in NW Portland. 

Last week I attended a private event at their new location, and I absolutely loved it. The space was perfect, completely private and adorable. Not only do they serve some pretty amazing pie, they make a mean drink too. A few of my favorites: the Portland Buck, made with white whiskey, lemon juice and ginger beer & the Mt. Hood, made with Brandy, Bourbon, cinnamon syrup and apple cider & the Aussie 75, made with Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Australian Sparkling wine. 

Ok, so obviously I liked their cocktails! The food was quite excellent too, with Moroccan Spiced Lamb Meatballs, Mini Sausage Rolls, and my favorite Mini Pasties. There was an assortment of pies for us to try, and I tried them all! 

Stop by their new location, make it a date night. Great food and drinks, and of course, pie! 

PS, they offer a Pie Making 101 class, how fun would that be!
