green smoothie
Every day I try to have either a juice or smoothie for breakfast or even lunch. Most mornings I start my day with a home-made juice and one hard boiled egg. On days, like today, when I need something more, I make a green smoothie. This is my basic go to. Banana. Spinach. Chia Seed. Almond Milk. Peanut Butter. So green and so good.
